How long does it take to receive my free digital proof?

Digital proofs are usually available within 2 business days.
 

How long does it take to receive my canvas?

From the time you order, it takes 1-2 business days for order processing,  3-5 business days for production then 3-10 days for standard shipping or 1-3 days for expedited shipping.
 

How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?

Do you offer canvas sizes different from the options on your website?

Absolutely! Contact me for further information on additional sizes available.
 

Is it possible to spread the art photography across multiple canvases of different sizes?

That can look absolutely stunning! Numerous creative layouts and configurations are available for multi-canvas installations. Contact me at aurelien@artbyaurelien.com for more details.
 

Do you print on any other types of material apart from cotton canvas?

Yes, I know talented people who can print on aluminum! Contact me for a special request.
 

How is my investment protected?

Your investment is treated with an ultra-protective UV-matte laminate. This means it will never crack, flake, fade or bubble. Every Art by Aurelien’s canvas is guaranteed for life.
 

I’m not happy with the Art by Aurelien canvas I received, how do I return it?

OK, let’s find a solution. Before you return it, let me reprint it for you. I’m 100% committed to making you Love this canvas! If you absolutely want a refund, contact me at aurelien@artbyaurelien.com.
 

My canvas has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?

I make every effort to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition, however, sometimes that kind of things happen. Please keep the packaging, take pictures of the damage, email them to me and contact me. I will ship out a reprint ASAP.

 

Care and Use

 

Are there any special mounting instructions to hang my canvas?

All Art by Aurelien canvases come ready-to-hang out of the box with gallery-strength piano wire. All you need is a hook or a nail in the wall. Isn’t it great?
 

How do I clean my canvas?

The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the canvas.
 

Can I hang my canvas outside?

Although your canvas has a UV limiting lamination on it, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, while a water-resistant coating is used to protect it, it is not 100% waterproof.
 

Can I hang my canvas in a bathroom or any humid area?

Because cotton canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.

 

Shipping

 

I need my canvas by a certain date, what do I do?

If you need your canvas by a certain date, please contact me right after placing your order to confirm details. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add “Expedited Shipping” when ordering to ensure it arrives on time.
 

Will you send me the tracking number once my canvas has shipped?

Yes, I’ll e-mail you once your order has shipped with your UPS tracking number.
 

What are your shipping options?

Standard shipping: 3-10 business days ($15.00 per canvas), Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days ($30.00 per canvas). Standard shipping is free if you order more than $500 per order.
 

Who do you use as a shipping company?

I use UPS.

Why do you charge my credit card before I’ve received my canvas?

For a simple reason: Because every order is produced on-demand, I must bill you in advance before I request my printer to start the work. I’m on your side, you can order with peace of mind, I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
 

I requested a refund, why haven’t I seen it on my credit card yet?

It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. Contact me for an estimated time.
